"Champions do not become champions when they win the event, but in the hours, weeks, months and years they spend preparing for it. The victorious performance itself is merely the demonstration of their championship character"

Summer Weight Lifting Program
Coach Rallis will run the summer weight lifting program on Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 5:00pm to 6:15pm starting May 28th. Although it is not mandatory we highly recommend that everyone participates. Weightlifting before the season starts is proven to reduce injuries and get you "in football shape". Hope to see everyone there.

8th grade Falcon football FAQ
- Is the summer weight lifting program mandatory?
- Although it is not mandatory it is HIGHLY recommended! The weight lifting program is not only a tradition at St. Alberts but the benefits are many. Weight lifting under Coach Rallis will prepare you for the upcoming season and will allow you to compete at the level needed to compete in the PAL league.
- Should I attend a football camp this summer?
- The only football camp that is Mandatory is the varsity camp which will held Aug. 4th through 8th. 2 years ago Coach Duggan thought it would be a good idea to include the 8th grade. This has been a great opportunity for the 8th graders to see what being a Falcon Football player is all about.
- Is the PAL league as tough as I have heard?
- The level of competition is very high with many of the Omaha metros' finest players coming out of the PAL. St. Alberts has always been in the top of the standings every year. Make no bones about it the rich tradition that Falcon Football has ..........starts at this level.
- Where will we practice this year if the construction of the fields is not complete?
- The coaches have been discussing alternative practice sites and we will keep you up to date as more information becomes available.
