Summer Weight Training

Once again Coach Rallis will be running the summer weight training program. You will lift on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Although this is not Mandatory it is highly recommended.

21 players were at the first weight lifting session Monday! This is the most we have ever had to start the year. If you guys keep this up you will have a great year!
